Units 102 and 202 do not have kitchen facilities, but do contain a refrigerator, electric fry pan, coffee maker and microwave.  Units 102 and 202 have an adjoining, lockable door with units 103 and 203 respectively.  All units trade for occupancy of four.  These Time-Share Periods are deeded or "Fixed" weeks.  No time-share exchanges are arranged or made by Marco Resort & Club, either internally or out of the Resort.  RCI MEMBERSHIP IS AT BUYERS' DISCRECTION AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.

 

THE PURCHASE OF A TIME-SHARE PERIOD SHOULD BE BASED UPON ITS VALUE AS A VACATION EXPERIENCE OR FOR SPENDING LEISURE TIME, AND NOT CONSIDERED FOR PURPOSES OF ACQUIRING AN APPRECIATING INVESTMENT OR WITH AN EXPECTATION THAT THE TIME-SHARE PERIOD MAY BE RESOLD.
